Speakers are asked to contact the organizing committee with their
presentation material in beforehand.
Chairmen
Please be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes before the
beginning of the session. Please beware that all speakers keep their
timetable.

Please turn off your mobile phones when entering the meeting room.
